Angela is a Senior Consultant in Royer Thompson’s HR Advisory Services practice and brings deep experience designing and delivering innovative programs in talent acquisition, talent management, policy development and employee experience. Prior to joining the firm, Angela spent over 15 years in senior HR leadership roles, leading in-house HR practices and operations in post-secondary and private environments. With a passion for guiding individuals through career changes and transitions, Angela also serves as a dedicated career transition coach, helping clients navigate their professional journeys with confidence and purpose.
Angela is known for her curiosity, compassion, and calm presence. Her practice lies in the art of deep listening, facilitating the creation of forward-thinking strategies to foster both individual and organizational growth. Guided by a learner’s mindset, Angela approaches every situation with openness, continuously striving to uncover innovative approaches and gain fresh perspectives. Angela has a Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from St Mary’s University, and an Undergrad from Cape Breton University (CBU) She holds a Certificate in Process Improvement and is actively pursuing her CHRP. Angela is currently enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and walking outdoors.
