Ann provides professional guidance in organizational behaviour and design. Ann’s work is underpinned by her knowledge and expertise in human resource management, human rights and diversity and inclusion. Ann’s passion is mentoring women, in particular women of colour to succeed and create their own destiny. Ann has lived on three continents and worked in diverse organizations and communities in London, UK, and Canada. She is a popular public speaker on social justice, leadership, business, and inclusivity. Her unique style, and knowledge as an advisor to government, businesses, and various organizations in her capacity as senior manager which she held in government and non-profit organizations combined with her academic knowledge from her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Bachelors in Sociology (Hons), Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Certificate in Human Rights Education, Coaching Certificate, and Adult Education, to name a few, have all contributed to her success in her work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ann provides Unconscious Bias training. In November 2017, she was recognized by My Halifax Experience as one of the Top 25 Immigrants in the Maritimes and in 2018, she was named one of the top five Immigrant Women Influencers in Nova Scotia. In addition, in 2018, Ann was nominated as one of RBC’s Top 25 Immigrants. Most recently, Ann was nominated as an RBC Women Entrepreneur for 2019.
