- Has experience in policy development, payroll and benefits, employee recruitment, and orientation and training
- Holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from Saint Mary’s University
- Has actively supported her local community in a number of leadership capacities
- Received the Halifax Regional School Board’s “Golden Apple Award” for exemplary volunteer service
Outside of work, Carole enjoys hiking, knitting and spending time with family and friends.
