Client Services Manager

Carole coordinates project resources and implementation, ensuring the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality surround all personal information. She also provides on-site support for re-employment clients in the preparation of marketing materials ensuring timely access to necessary resources.

As a former Human Resources Manager with a large manufacturing company serving over 500 employees, Carole supported the administration of the human resource office and budget, including policy development, payroll and benefits, employee recruitment, and orientation and training. She was also a member of the corporate team that helped develop the employee performance evaluation system and coordinated major corporate functions, including employee recognition events.

Carole holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science from Saint Mary’s University. She has actively supported her local community in a number of leadership capacities. In 2005, she was honored to receive the Halifax Regional School Board’s “Golden Apple Award” for exemplary volunteer service.
