Previously Paul was National Sales Director for fortune 500 company Johnson and Johnson where he directed national sales and marketing teams as large as 300 employees with revenue in excess of $300 million.
As a people leader, he has achieved consistent outstanding levels of individual and organizational performance. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Cornel University and is an active member of his community as a hockey coach and engaged parent to two active boys.
