Greg Dickie
Greg is Managing Partner at Royer Thompson. He brings over 20 years of experience working alongside leaders of Canadian organizations in the pursuit of smart growth and organizational excellence. In his role, Greg leads the firm’s corporate function and oversees day-to-day operations, in addition to leading and contributing to complex executive search mandates at the Vice President, Chief and Board levels as a trusted partner to clients. Prior to joining Royer Thompson, Greg spent 17 years in SME financing and advisory services with a Canadian crown corporation and global financial institution, predominantly in senior leadership. Greg has board and board committee leadership experience across associations, charities and higher education, contributing to governance and audit and risk functions.

Amy Reid
Amy is Managing Partner, Executive Search at Royer Thompson. With 24 years of experience in talent acquisition and strategy, she leads the firm’s executive search practice and partners with organizations on complex, high-stakes executive search mandates. Prior to this, Amy spent 13 years leading the Atlantic Canadian recruitment practice for a 50 Best Managed national staffing firm. Amy also brings past experience as a Board Director for organizations including Through the Years Community Centre, the Maritimes Energy Association and Dress for Success. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, with a major in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Kim is President at Royer Thompson. She has over thirty years of experience working with leaders, drawing upon her extensive executive, entrepreneurial and community networks. At Royer Thompson, she leads high-stakes executive searches, working with Boards and CEOs across diverse sectors. Previously, she was a partner with NATIONAL Public Relations in Toronto and Atlantic Canada. Earlier in her career, she was a co-owner of MT&L Public Relations, a pre-eminent communications advisory firm. She is an experienced corporate board director, currently chairing the Board of Directors of Medavie Inc. and Eastward Energy. Over her career, Kim has served on corporate, university, hospital and industry boards. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Institute for Corporate Directors and has earned her ICD.D designation.

Sarah’s expertise includes leadership selection and development, succession planning, high-potential identification, HR advisory and assessment services. Sarah has worked with diverse organizations, from global Fortune 500 companies to public and not-for-profit clients, across a range of industries.
