Jacqueline (Jackie) MacLeod is chief ambassador for Royer Thompson’s and Facet’s values and brands. Jackie is a skilled executive administrator, having spent 25 years interacting with all levels of management and staff in professional services settings. In her role, Jackie champions a productive and engaging employee, client, and partner experience at Royer Thompson and Facet. She is committed to the excellence, care, and discretion that is required in the human resources and talent management industry. Jackie is also a key support at the front end of the firm’s accounting processes, contributing to the organization’s continued growth and long-term sustainability.
- Has worked in the Atlantic region and in Ontario with recognized and leading wealth management firms, responsible for local and regional branch administration.
- Has overseen matters related to HR and office operations, including onboarding, staff communications, marketing, events, performance and goal setting, policy and compliance matters.
- Has volunteered extensively, including with charitable organizations such as JDRF, Canadian Cancer Society, Children’s Wish Foundation, and Tim Horton’s Camp.
- Significant passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys travelling, cooking, music, and is a quite a singer.
