Erica Pirnie brings curiosity about people, project management and research skills to her role as Executive Recruitment Coordinator with Royer Thompson’s executive recruitment practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Erica was an Investor Relations and Communications Analyst for Parex Resources in Alberta’s oil and gas industry. She also worked in the financial services industry as an Associate with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Both of these roles exposed Erica to the financial services sector and to a skill set and network of contacts.
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management and Leadership and a minor in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University’s Gerald Schwartz School of Business.
- Hold an Executive Certificate in ESG Management from University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy.
- Currently working towards her GSFP (Green & Sustainable Finance Professional) designation from the Chartered Banker Institute.
