Sarah is a trusted leader in Talent Culture & Advisory services and leads our assessment practice across the firm. With over 14 years of consulting experience, she is a strategic partner to our clients with deep experience in talent management, leadership selection and development, succession planning, high potential identification and development and assessment services. She has experience in consulting with organizations to design and deploy talent solutions, build successful teams and strengthen leadership capabilities for the future. She has worked with diverse organizations, including global Fortune 500 companies and clients in technology, financial services, telecommunications, professional services, consumer services, utilities, healthcare, construction and government sectors.

 

Sarah has a strong ability to build relationships with clients, understand their talent priorities and challenges, gaining trust and building rapport, which enables her to quickly respond to their needs. She is well equipped to create and implement pragmatic outcome focused solutions.

 

  • Holds a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University
  • Certified in a number of leadership and personality assessment tools
  • Active member of various professional associations

 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two children.
