Claire is a bilingual senior consultant with over 25-years of experience in all facets of human resources management. She assists and coaches executives, leaders, and other key individuals through leadership, change management and other HR challenges.
- Led HR functions including executive development and compensation with one of the world’s largest companies and the Government of Canada
- Has lived and worked in all Maritime Provinces, Alberta and British Columbia, with broad understanding and experience in HR best practices
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université de Moncton, a diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University as well as advanced leadership training from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, Arizona
Outside of work, Claire enjoys gardening, traveling, fitness, meditation and spending time with her four grown children.
