Greg works across all practices at Royer Thompson supporting clients with executive recruitment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Greg has 20-years of leadership insight and experience in the financial and advisory services sector.
- Over 15 years, led the NS, NB and PEI division of a national bank, with responsibility for developing businesses of all sizes and growth stages
- Youngest Vice President Financing to be appointed in Canada
- Brings out the best in others; has overseen performance objective setting, professional development, career planning, performance management & coaching at the individual contributor and leadership levels
- Trusted partner to clients, and a key contributor to Royer Thompson’s mission
- Served two terms with Saint Mary’s University’s Board of Governors notably contributing as Governance Committee Chair
- Director of the Noah John Winston Miles Foundation, a Toronto based charity that supports anti-bullying initiatives.
- A graduate of Saint Mary’s University’s Sobey School of Business, Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Management and Marketing.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys travel & experiencing new cultures, cooking, and spending time with friends and his spouse & two young children.
