Jenna joined Royer Thompson in February 2021 as the Client Services Manager and gained a keen interest in Executive Recruitment transitioning to the Executive Recruitment Coordinator. Jenna now holds the title of Associate contributing to all aspects of the executive recruitment practice providing support through project administration, project management, recruitment documentation, project research, candidate sourcing, and correspondence. Jenna has a passion for people and is client-oriented with strong organizational and people skills; she is caring and compassionate while helping others to meet their needs.
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management and Leadership with a minor in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University Schwartz School of Business.
- Jenna has four years of office experience, previously working at Agropur Dairy Cooperative as a production clerk during university and IMP Aerospace and Defence as a Contract Administrator following university.
- Jenna has a passion for recruitment, human resources, communication, and people.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys exploring, and spending time with her friends, family, and animals.
