07 Dec Erica Armstrong Joins Royer Thompson Management and Human Resources
Halifax, NS (Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021) – We are pleased to announce Erica Armstrong is joining Royer Thompson as Senior Consultant. Erica has dedicated the past decade to taking on progressively more senior roles in talent attraction and higher education. “She is gifted at building relationships centered on trust and understanding and will be a great asset in delivering for our clients,” says Kim West, President.
Many clients in Atlantic Canada have benefitted from Erica’s expertise and outstanding commitment to high caliber advisory and recruitment services. Over her career, Erica has worked with two management consulting firms most recently in an operational role and previously as Consultant and Team Lead in an executive recruitment firm. She has a deep network and has supported clients across a range of sectors, including higher education. Earlier in her career, Erica worked within the post-secondary sector in admissions and student engagement. She has a Master of Education in Post-secondary Studies from Memorial University, and Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts, both from Lakehead University. Erica is committed to her community serving as a Member and former Chair of the Halifax Regional Municipality Design Review Committee and as a former Board member with the Halifax & Region Military Family Resource Centre. Erica believes in the importance of mentoring future talent, and volunteers with students and young professionals providing career guidance.
