As part of an orderly succession process, the Board of Directors comprised of family shareholders and internal advisors, is looking for its next President & CEO to manage and grow the family assets, evolve the enterprise strategy and make adjustments through multi-year and annual planning, manage the family office, and oversee operations to ensure growth and profitability. The President & CEO reports to the Board of Directors and has an in-depth understanding of governance and family enterprises, finance and investment, and is exceptional at working with boards, family members, management, partners and advisors.

With an astute owner mind-set, the President & CEO has experience successfully navigating through complex ownership and stakeholder ecosystems and organizational structure and has a solid personal accountability for results and commitment to ethical business practices. They are highly diligent and skilled at identifying and managing risk, exploring and managing investment opportunities for diversification and ensuring that the right infrastructure, technology, systems and processes are in place to support efficiency, scaling and smart return across the enterprise.

The successful candidate has a university degree and/or relevant designation (CPA, MBA, LLB, etc.) and at least ten to fifteen years of related senior leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of leading companies through growth and change. The next President & CEO has strong business, financial and M&A analytical skills and experience in developing solutions to business problems. Experience in real estate development and/or healthcare is considered a major asset.
