Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and as a member of the Executive team, the newly created role of Vice President, Digital will have critical oversight of many of the functions central to the competitive renewal and transformation of the company, providing overall leadership to the enterprise on shifting process and culture to be a player first technology driven entity. They will drive enterprise renewal through the use of digital tools and processes to deliver solutions that will see the business realize digital excellence both internally and externally. Of critical importance to the transformation will be transitioning sales to direct digital channels and reducing operational expenses through automating business processes and transitioning digital asset management from reactive to proactive through progressive network management practices.

In collaboration with the Executive team, this strategic leader is accountable for constructing enterprise strategy in support of sustainable growth, operational excellence, oversight of operations supporting the corporation’s goals and strategic Board relations. The Vice President, Digital will be responsible for leading and supporting the IT Division, including a talented team of 5 direct reports and 135+ indirect reports, and building a culture focused on operational excellence, consistency, stability and superb client service.

The Vice President, Digital will possess an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Information Technology (or a related discipline) or relevant experience related to digital excellence. They are a digital savvy leader with strategic mindset, vision and influence and have proven experience transforming business operations to client centric, high performing, digitally excellent entities. The successful candidate will have at least eight years of combined experience in project management, product applications or IT operations as well as a demonstrated track record in developing and managing a large complex and dynamic environment. Some knowledge and understanding of fast moving consumer goods and related social, political, technological and economic factors that impact the gaming business is required. The successful candidate will be a visible leader with a strong track record of building and leading high performing teams. They will have superior EQ, communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
