The Vice President, Operations is a key member of Innovasea’s leadership team, reporting to the President and responsible for overseeing the Bedford facility’s manufacturing operations. This strategic, results-driven leader will drive operational excellence by optimizing production processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and implementing industry-leading methodologies to improve product quality, reliability, and on-time delivery. They will work closely with Innovasea’s other manufacturing facilities to ensure consistency in approaches, best practices, and operational standards across all locations. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale production, introduce new products, and continuously enhance performance while providing oversight on safety, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, they will foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation to support the company’s long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and process optimization, with a proven ability to lead teams and align operations with corporate objectives. A background in managing complex production environments and driving continuous improvement is essential. A degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master’s degree. The Vice President will be a decisive leader, skilled in navigating both strategic initiatives and immediate operational challenges, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities. They will be committed to driving operational success, scaling production capabilities, and ensuring Innovasea’s long-term sustainability goals are met in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
