Reporting to the Managing Director, the Vice President Strategy & Innovation oversees the Strategy, Project Management Office, Data Analytics and IT Development, and IT Operations teams. Working in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Advisory Board, they are responsible for implementing a multi-year strategic framework, defining patient experience and technology roadmaps, assessing business opportunities, leveraging data, and ensuring enablement of patient care excellence through innovation and execution of strategic activities.

An innovative, entrepreneurially minded change leader, the Vice President is skilled at implementing strategy and driving smart technology investments. Challenged to think bolder, move faster, and have a big impact, they are tasked with guiding, inspiring and building a “best in class” digital and data enabled experience for patients and enhancing the organization’s overall ability to stay at the forefront of patient care and specialty healthcare services.

The successful candidate has an undergraduate or master’s degree (preferred) in a related discipline (i.e. technology, computer science, business), coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation, transformation, healthcare technology, digital product development, or related roles, of which 5 years have been spent in a senior leadership capacity. The Vice President has demonstrated experience architecting breakthrough patient or customer experiences. Candidates with a strong understanding of the business needs and competitive challenges of the Specialty Pharmacy industry are preferred. The Vice President can innovate and develop creative solutions to complex problems and is accomplished in developing strategies that generate business growth and brand equity. An exceptional communicator, the successful candidate is adept at cultivating strong relationships, developing high functioning teams, and is inspired by change and growth in complex, dynamic environments.
