Halifax, Nova Scotia, November 15, 2017 – Kim West (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kim-west-4273b8152/) has acquired the 20-year old management advisory firm Royer Thompson from Mildred Royer (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mildred-royer-bbb88823/) who owned the Firm and served as president for 10 years. It will be business as usual for the Firm’s clients with all current staff and associates remaining with Royer Thompson, including Mildred Royer who will serve as Senior Counsel and trusted advisor to clients.
Royer Thompson specializes in executive and management recruitment, strategic leadership development, governance related services and CEO evaluations, organizational design, strategic planning, succession planning and career consulting.

For the past two years, she has served as partner and chief client officer with NATIONAL Public Relations in Toronto, and participated in the firm’s transformation in Canada’s largest city, with responsibility for the growth and profitability of the corporate, public affairs, marketing, investor relations and health practices.
Royer Thompson is relocating to Purdy’s Landing, Suite 305 on January 1, 2018 from its current location at 6155 North Street, Suite 303.
